Here are the simple 7 steps to lose weight quickly...
1. Eat lesser than usual: maybe a scoop less of that ice cream, 1 less cup of tea or coffee, 1 bit less off that burger, a half a piece less of that chicken, 1 less slice of bread – just reduce a bot of everything you eat.

I miss bloggin`. Aww, I loved the fireworks display when the clock stroke 12! They were all awesome. I was like, woooooooooooooooooooooooooow. :o Hahaha! K, I just had to share that. :))))

.. weak right now D: I don`t know why. It`s like my entire body is aching. I don`t want people to touch me. :| I feel so sensitive right now. I think I`m gonna get sick. Wow. What a wonderful way to start 2010. Not.
And tomorrow, I`ll eat less. I promise. I`ll jog if I`m available. I`ll do the hip hop abs with my mom tomorrow and I`ll be happy this year.
